Back at it again with yet another Fall recipe! I hope you guys aren’t tired of these yet because I sure aren’t. 🙂
I am definitely feeling all the “Fall feels” this year. Something about the cool, crisp morning air and smell of pumpkin spice when I arrive to my coffee shop every morning has got me hooked.
If you guys have been following along, then you may have already seen my Pumpkin Chai Donuts or my Pumpkin Overnight Oats recipes. Both of which where a huge hit and extremely easy to make. This granola recipe is just as simple and delicious!
- 2 cups rolled oats
- ⅓ cup pumpin puree
- ⅓ cup maple syrup
- ¼ tsp pumpkin spice
- ¼ cup pepitas
- ¼ cup pecans
